Nothing. There's zero upfront cost and no operational burden. We fund 100% of development, equipment, installation, insurance, and ongoing operations.
Power is sold to Austin Energy under the Solar Standing Offer Program, a municipal utility offtaker carrying an AA− issuer rating from S&P Global (2025). The offtake runs 25 years. Your counterparty is, effectively, the utility.
$0.40 per usable square foot per year, with a 1% annual escalator. The rate is governed by lender debt-service-coverage (DSCR) requirements that keep the project financeable; a higher rate would push the project below the threshold lenders will fund.
Roughly 50,000 sq ft of usable roof on a single building. Have several smaller buildings? We can aggregate a portfolio to reach the threshold.
No. We coordinate attachment methods with your roofing manufacturer to keep warranties intact, and no system is installed without third-party structural engineering sign-off. If our installation ever causes a leak, we remediate it.
The lease transfers with the property. Contracted lease income often increases the building's valuation and appeal to buyers.
